Many people think Pilates is nothing more than a stretching routine, but it’s actually a complete workout for your body AND mind. Regular Pilates classes will not only tone and tighten your body, but will also improve your posture, flexibility, and increase your overall strength.
With classes limited to no more than 20 people, you will enjoy the benefits of one-on-one interaction with your instructor as they strive to ensure you are completing the exercises effectively. Their interactive teaching style combines conversation and laughter with balancing the body and mind.
