Like all of our Aerial Fitness classes, PoleFit will work muscles you didn’t know you had. By combining strength training, cardio, squats, and tricks – PoleFit increases core and general body strength. Using the body weight resistance, you will build strength while toning the body as a whole. It is suitable for anyone with an interest in pole. All body types and all demographics.

We nurture a body acceptance culture that strives to build a positive relationship between our students and their bodies that may have been depleted by societal pressures.
